This has been a tough goal to take up. In the future, I have decided to take up bite-sized goals that are a little easier to work towards. I should have probably worded this one as "Put home on rental market" which hopefully we can still do by the end of this year. The rental income part will depend on actually finding a tenant, which might take a little longer than originally planned.
It takes courage to admit goals in an open forums like this. Hats off to begin.

ReplyDeleteGood post. Me too has similar goal and can say that rent income is not too much when you subtract the yearly maintenance and property tax
